Using truck air pressure to power jet wash

Anybody combined a water pump with the trucks air pressure to power a jet wash of sorts? Also, would a portable plug in amazon type draw too much power from the 12v socket?..and lastly, has anybody used and been happy with a cordless jet wash, like the WORX type?

I’ve got a Worx jet wash, not used on the lorry but did a good job of my caravan… they aren’t very powerful I spray the van then rub over with a sponge then rinse.

Thanks Stephen. I think I may buy one, and use a bucket and brush. Have no water or elec where I currently park, and life is too short for queue at Lymm. There is a good wash on Chester services, but always seem to be too pushed for time whenever I pass.
