When the car driver gets his knickers in a twist its odd how does not kick off again when you catch up at the next lights or junction.
Dunno where you can get the HST 125 horns from…but we had a driver who got hold of a similar one from USA.
Bloody hell that thing made a hell of a noise!!! It made everyone jump out their skin & it soon emptied the ERF EC11 air tanks.
He had to plumb in a changeover switch to get back to standard for MOT/roadside check purposes. But boy, what a racket!! Bring on train horns fitted as standard!!!
Don’t know but I have a Stebel Nautilus on my corsa van that makes people jump. Search it on YouTube!

She was driving this car like a Nissan Micra.

Gave my first “Finger” for about ten years to a car driver on the a34 yesterday. A stobbies decker was getting dive bombed from an on slip road by about 3 cars so I pulled out after indicating so I wouldn’t add to the dithering, fairly sharpish granted and a car driver had to slow down (a bit) was flashing his lights then when I pulled in after getting past Eddie (25 seconds i’d say) he gives it the horn! Had his family in a crapy little people carrier as well, couldn’t believe it.
I’m as courteous as they come & think about each overtake on a dual as I hate blocking the smooth progress of others but if it comes to keeping things in general rolling & safety then tough ■■■■, you’ll have to slow a bit. 
For a proper train horn you want a Nathan horn from the US, you can buy “train” horns on eBay and the like now but they are nothing like a proper one. For the noise you have to have a genuine Nathan train horn. They’re not cheap though, $500 for a single one.

Bought some Tgv horns from Transmarc a few years back . . loud as ■■■■.
Had to be mounted behind the bumper and disconnected for the annual test 
Great sound out of that one on you tube. 
Shop in Lymm Truck Stop used to do them, my mate bought some years ago. Not sure if they were actually train spec but they were loud as zb.
For train horns, look up Hornblasters on youtube and facebook, some seriously loud horns.
I like the bull horns on the fire engines for car drivers that fail to hear the sirens and blue flashing lights in their rear view mirror.

Totally agree, a bit embarrassing sometimes when you really want to ‘Give it to some Numpty that’s just cut you up’. You just have to try & ignore some people & stay quiet ! Lol.
