I have a tacho from some work I did for a agency dated 7/3/05
at home and was wondering if I should send it to the agency so
they can then send it to the company I did the work for. I also got
asked to send a tacho in by the other agency but they did not want
the one from the day before so I also have that one dated 8/3/05.
I have scanned everything like tachos and fuel receipts ect and saved
to disc so I have proof that I did the work. Should I get them to the
agency this week as 21 days as not gone yet as I don’t want anything
coming back on me. Any advice greatly received

yes m8,send them back as it is the law and you could get a fine if that company get an audit and they notice x amount of tacho’s are not returned.and once they confirm where they are then it could land you in trouble. 
sounds like you are doing everything spot on.
just play it safe and keep copies of everything!!!

I made a copy of everything as I read on trucknet that someone was having some trouble after they handed in there tacho and then the company said he had not worked for them or something like that and the advice was to use copies of the tacho and fuel receipts ect. One agency have
paid me for the days I worked for them but only asked for
one tacho to be sent and the other agency have not paid me for that one day yet that’s another reason I made a copy of the tacho that day.
The tacho for the agency that have not paid me yet should be at the company I did the work for by 28/03/05. Should I take it to the company or give it to the agency either way I need to get some proof that I gave the tacho back and was thinking of just printing something out saying that I returned the tacho back ect and get someone’s signature.
