Thanks Simon, I have done that in the past, but it doesn’t really matter where I’m working at the moment as things are pretty relaxed, as long as the job gets done they have no problem if you have an extra break to get some food, if you have sat on break whilst tipping. 
However I do know of companies that have a major enquiry if you have a minute more than your 45min break.
