Use of POA

Another quick question.
Just signed up with yet another agent last week. Now, after two years I’m pretty sure I know when to use POA but upon discussing timesheet related activity the agent commented I should use POA ‘whenever I can’.
Why would an agent say that?

They are trying to reduce the 48 working hours average BUT you can use BREAK to do the same thing

Be certain that the agency will not deduct every break from your pay - they usually just deduct 45 mins of break for each shift no matter how much break you have recorded

All depends if they pay breaks or not.I’m payed for all hours worked. So don’t use POA.

I’ll ask. AFAIK they only deduct 45.
