Truck was off the bridge.
Moment it fell? One snap it’s there, the next it’s in the river.
Frame rate not fit for purpose. Looks like the bridge collapsed by itself, being old and chatty. 
according to the news …the oversize load was under ■■■■■■(in front) a MULLEN transport AB ,running the middle of the bridge when a car behind forced its way past forcing the truck to move over a touch and the load clipped a beam…not good for the driver as in the good oll USA if a foreigner has an big accident …you get the gist!!. 
The oversize stopped when he got off the bridge …jimmy
The overhead bracing is clearly arched. If the truck had stayed well over to the left, he would have gone through without problems.
American infrastructure is falling to bits any way. It really does have to be seen to be believed. Its well known that many bridges are unfit for use and the state of the roads in some states with pot holes and the like is reminiscent of eastern Europe shortly after the wall came down.
