Hiya a few years ago the movement people did a chap a route from the M6 to Buxton.
they sent him along the M6 jct 17… A 54 sandbach congleton bosley buxton. the bit between bosley and
Buxton is only fit for mountain goats. the including me nutters on the tippers only used that route EMPTY.
this chap had a 3 axle F12 with a dolly and a 10ft king lowloader. sat ontop of that lot was the biggest
volvo face shovel i ever saw.(they was big in the salt works). it took this chap with me guiding him 20 mins
to get over the river bridge nr congleton before the road got steep narrow and twisty bit…bloody idiots.
They must be helping my lot my return journey via the A12 restriction was right through Sudbury town centre on one way streets, weight restricted routes and juntions not very helpful junctions that normal artics would find an effort! [emoji28]
Luckily got that one a lot earlier and suggested they go back to drawing board and gave them an alternative route for them to file.
As I said all along with work I’m incredibly willing to work with you if you work with me. I’ll give a route you submit and check it and if changes needed we’ll work together to make it work and then carry it out.
It works so much better working together now…[emoji15]
Who’d funked it, I think I’m no better than them and vice versa we’re finding no egos is making this type of work so much for all parties.
