If I were to update my photo on my licence would the same have to be done with tacho and qualification card… as it is not mentioned on the gov website about needing to send off tacho & qualification card. if so how do you go about doing it…?

No. When the latter two expire they will use the latest photo they have on file.

When I renewed my license the other cards came through with the updated pictures
