The word “imminent” was used when I called a couple of days ago.
It’s not quite as late as folk are making out. Jan 1st has been banded about as the original start date. In fact, the DSA said “Jan”. So, as we speak, they are 4 weeks behind. Not good, I accept, but not as bad as it seems perhaps.
Deep down in my water, I think we’ll see it during April. Educated guess.
