Went into work 7am trailer/vehicle check leave yard 7.30 went to jnct35 Truckhaven M6 park up drop trailer had break waited for changeover he’s usually there for 11.30 send txt to the gaffer then phone him where’s my changeover . . . I told you there was no trunk during the week I kicked off I told him I asked for Sunday or Thursday off & he said no we’re running the clock down on contract your needed @ work I reminded him of this & he went off on one, I said I’ll take this up with HR & he said do yr worst, I informed him he owed someone 140Ltrs of fuel & I’ll now take a grievance out against him 
I got an apology from the general manager that’s something I guess
