Unreal

beggars belief.

rhymes with cob

From the way the RM truck is able to accelerate past the other one you could assume:

We could have just passed an on slip. RM has joined and the white one had pulled over to allow RM to join. RM then accelerates and is about hang the other one out to dry. White sticks left indicator on and pulls over.

OR

White one had been hogging the middle lane and RM decides to make progress by passing on the left. White one pulls over to the left without looking, forcing RM into the HS.

Either way the both acted like childish fools and should both have a speaking to buy their bosses at the very least.

Both of them should be sacked. Nuff said!!

both are pratts to act like that.

Stupid!
I see it was posted in 2008, wonder if driver still works for RM?

Yes I have posted a link myself still beggars belief, another case of a few bad apples spoiling the barrel.

We have an RM depot near my place in Avonmouth and I like to put the boot in as regards their antics, for the most part the majority of the drivers are sensible then the odd one or two are total idiots but this goes for other firms in the area as well, the only thing that I can think of is that they have a job and finish or they are paid a set amount for the job or shift, you have to be quite slow witted to drive like that on an hourly rate.

There is another one where he cuts up another truck to come off at an exit on the motorway.

In this clip though, by the looks of it he’s gaining momentum on a downhill gradient and the 7.5T driver pulls back in to early. Both in the wrong, RM should of let him go and overtaken him in the correct way if he’s letting his truck go to 60 downhill.

How hard is it upon the ego to just fall in behind, and let all other tossers pass you by… :stuck_out_tongue:

RM are paid a basic (job and knock) and 1.15 hourly rate for overtime (if you finish early, you’ll not be paid so much!)
Horses for Courses you might say, or as they put it “Swings and Roundabouts”.

Needless to say, any opportunities for “Job and Knock overtime” get snatched up pretty damned quick!

The stereotype driver of the offending vehicle here is likely to be aged late 30’s, paying maintainence to an ex-girlfriend with his kid, and thumping the overtime on a job & knock basis 'cos boy racers don’t like to be out after 6pm, that being for the oldies (‘the mosties’ more like, looking at the average age of a driver these days!) :stuck_out_tongue:

Is he still likely to be working there? - Yes, except he’ll be the wrong side of 40 by my reckoning!

Is it any wonder why our industry has such a great reputation. With fine ambassadors, like these two seasoned professionals representing us, its easy to see how we endear ourselves to other motorists.
What a pair of [zb] useless [zb]s :imp: :imp: :imp:
