Got a puncture yesterday going round a round about heard a bang so jumped out had a look yeah tyre going down so jumped back in try pull up in a layby before it goes right down give her a rev to pull away another bang smoke like I’ve never seen b4 out of exhaust turbo gone pop so got towed to safe place got up this morning when fitter arrived to flat ■■■■■■ battery’s hope rest of week goes better

Luck works the opposite. You should thump away when luck is down, and be VERY cautious when you’ve just had a “good luck run of three”.
Heard a few tales of guys on board ship in the falklands who’d just won a huge pot at cards, and then got blown up shortly afterwoulds. (Antelope & Galahad rather than Sheffield)
