At Loughborough University, we are looking for commercial drivers (HGV and LCV) to use our sleep management phone app for two weeks and give us feedback on the content. The app has been developed by leading scientists, drivers and other logistics industry members.
To take part in this study, we have the following criteria:
A commercial driver who distributes goods (at least 1 year of experience)
A full time worker (at least 37 hours/week)
A shift worker
Experience some sleep issues
You will have exclusive access to the app during and beyond the study, and receive a £10 Amazon voucher as a token of appreciation.
