Should Collective/local union agreements be included in your contract ?
I assume you’re talking about the T&C’s of your employment? If so there is no requirement for a reference to any Union agreements in this although some of the larger employers may include a reference to the agreements between the Employer and Union but will not individually state them.
The only Union agreements you will get, is that they will be earning a lot more money than you are. don’t waste your money on paying them a very inflated salary.
Thanks was just wondering as company I work for has a local union agreement,. I’m not a member of a union.

So you are far better off on your own than fighting alongside other like minded folk? Thats why we are treated as we are.

I’m treated well and I’m not in a Union. I’m alright, Jack.

With forty years in this industry the Union has never done anything for me mate, so please do not expect me to blow there whistle.
One of the reasons I came into the job was to avoid being just another sheep following the rest, its worked for me so im happy.
