I just want to say a quick thanks to all the guys who gave advice and support on the above matter,
My previous employer have finally settled out of court 2 weeks before the hearing.
It’s not a life changing amount but enough to make up for lost wages and give the kids a top Christmas.

Yeah just a little lol, I had nothing to hide but I just didn’t fancy the whole court thing to be honest so it’s worked out for the best.
