Can’t see from the second vehicle, but the first one looks like a foreigner to me, based on the character visible on the partially obscured number plate. If so, they probably figured the law really didn’t apply to them
He wasn’t a foreigner…it was a UK truck. At least he had an ■■■■■■, had notified and had markers and lights… of a fashion, at the very least. Unlike the tool with the cruiser on who probably thought the old bill wouldn’t notice he had an ab load on■■?
