Travelling up M1 rugby area where is 3 lanes plus a hard shoulder.
I’m in lane 2 over taking a stobarts.
Then Jag in lane 3 puts hazards lights on slows down.
Me and stobarts slow down expecting him to pull over.
Instead the driver decided to slow down stop on the bit of grass In the central reservation in lane 3
Hope the fella is ok as I stopped at nearest phone and rang highway
Just beggars belief really
Bring a Jag, wouldn’t be surprised if its an auto and not sure if those cruise when the engune cuts out. Not the best place to stop but kight just be unavoidable.
Of course could be that the car said STOP as in fault occured and they took it daftly literally. Was a Jag driver after all. (Gotta have a day off slagging BMWs 
).
