Emms of Doncaster, seems like they buy an Iveco, whatever colour and stick an Emms of Doncaster sticker on it…!
Can’t really knock Kirks. Everything he runs he owns all maintained properly, just a shame some of the drivers don’t take any pride in what they do! For a company like ours image makes a big difference. Just wish they would realise some of us enjoy the job and reward us accordingly! Usde to be Bob Kirk would go round on a saturday and see if the trucks were clean and tidy inside and out. Think that its got to the stage where even hes lost heart with the job. Shame really, good to work for.
Based purely on what I have seen on the road and while tipping the 3663 fleet is bunch on old tat, now freshly painted tat with Bidvest painted on the side instead .

Now DHL have taken over they have actually replaced a few of the oldest ■■■■■■■■ with 12 plate volvos. Some of the trailers are 30 years old though but apparently they are scrapping and replacing some.
Wilkinsons always look a bit crap; The usual DARE notice covering a few rust holes no doubt.
