Brum is a dump!

Cheeky ■■■■■! I’ll have you know there is some very cultured & scenic parts of Brumegum.

Care to share where as I’m yet to find these parts in 21 years

Slackbladder:
This is no contest, it’s the wear part of Tyne & wear. In some areas they use turds as air freshners.

As a Geordie, you won’t find me agreeing with that…

Ken.

Can’t really give it to a county, as we base our ideas of ■■■■, going on industrial areas. And every county has some real beauty that most drivers never see. So for me it’s gotta be a city. And I can’t decide between Brum, Liverpool and Glasgow. Joint 1st

Haha the irony of this post and your location has finished me.

Before the winter of discontent and the demise of heavy industry in the UK. This country is fairly clean nowadays. Downside to that, is the work disappeared with the grime.

Never said Harlow was a perfect oasis, but delve a little further and there’s at least 10 beautiful villages within 3-4 miles. Anyway, one man’s meat is another’s poison and all that

Bedfordshire-cant think of many places in Beds i would want to live-some lovely villages though

Please don’t mistake Luton with Bedfordshire…and vice versa.

madiganzo:
Easy this one, greater Manchester, ask me one on football

name the only ship never been to Liverpool?

THE PREMIERSHIP! :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: last time you won the LEAGUE■■?

Any county in England.

Essex without a doubt. Most of the main carriageways are strewn with rubbish. I’d also guess they’re probably some of the busiest roads in the country so closing them to facilitate rubbish removal from the sides/verges is not going to be an easy task.

They have spent last week closing the outside lane in both directions of the A127 to clear the rubbish and cut the grass verges.

i suppose it depends on what you mean by “dirty”
peeling paint on buildings looks artistic in impressionist paintings.
Graffiti is considered an artform
litter lowers the tone
mowing embankments and roundabouts depletes the wildlife
