Uk to Paris

Hey,

What is the best route to David Crockett ranch, Disney? I’ve been looking and have no idea which route to avoid or to take.

This is the address.

Route du Bois de Citry
77700 Chessy, France
08 25 30 60 30

Which one is the post code?

Sorry for the questions but i don’t tend to want to use the prat nav as i don’t trust it in another country

Assuming you’re going Dover/Calais,my choice would be : A26, A1 .Just after Charles de Gaulle airport you see a big Disney sign pointing you to the exit for the A104.It used to be the case IIRC that this was the first and only Disney signpost(may have changed now) .Follow the A104 direction Marne la Vallee.Take the second Marne la Vallee exit sign-pretty sure it also says Val d’Europe, which brings you onto the A4 (Eastbound).Davy crockett is signposted a few ks further on.Few years since I’ve been that way though.

This^

I used to make regular deliveries to Marne-la-Vallee and that was the route I took, well unless I was coming from Germany.

I might be tempted to come off at Senlis and use the N330 through Meaux and onto the A4, it avoids the busiest parts of the Paris conurbation.

I was told that the kids nursery rhyme comes from Meaux or from the battle of Meaux

Three men went to Meaux, went to Meaux, a meadow.

Three men, two men, one man, and his dog went to Meaux, a meadow.

I cannot find anything about it on the web though, can you?

I am going over by boat

Cheers guys, Notes have been taken down

I know ime a bit late but for Davey Crockett, follow the signs with the 3 ears.

It’s about €20 if you use the A26 then down the A1 by car .

The website I sent you tells you that.

Toll 17.07 GBP | Petrol 25.34 GBP | Road tax GBP

Bloody hell, £17.07 for tolls. Wish the tolls are like Dartford

When you think about them logically they are actually cheaper than Dartford.

Your £1.50 over dartford is for around a mile.
Your £17.00 to Paris is for 150 mile.
So if the tolls were like Dartford it would cost you £225.
So be careful what you wish for.

One at one end of the motorway then another at the other end !!

I have been to Paris and back today and for a car it’s €20.60 . You can pay by credit card in the automatic machines !

Jimboy is going to be the oracle on northern France now that he is a Garonor regular with TNT.
