I know a British driver involved in several very minor paint scuffing incidents.
Due to the number of claims, the insurance premium for that driver was increased.
The fact that each claim was only for fairly minor amounts was immaterial. It’s the number of claims they go by.

Exactly. You could not be even to blame, and they still will rise your premium 
Back to Polish drivers: if the insurance would be more expensive just because someone is Polish, employing this guys would not be the best idea in first place
