ive been reading alot of posts and articles about the fact that drivers on uk only work seem to be on more money than drivers on international and a few of my friends doin the job have confirmed this .now ive not ive not drove a truck since may of last year so i was wondering why this change has happened.when i were doin it i found i was always on more money than any uk only driver i met
Personally I found that miles per £ I was on a higher UK rate than salaried int.work… On int work you did many more miles in a month than you did on UK work for the same or less money…
Personally I am on the same money as the UK men, but I spend more time away from home, so I earn more money.
The old argument than comes in that the UK man is earning X amount of pounds for 16 days work And the Int man gets the same for 21 days
I know where I am better off though
