I hadn’t seen it posted previously, it may well have been. I’d just like to see some form of insurance and possibly a way to educate cyclists.

Whilst I don’t have figures to back it up, I would suspect that pedestrians cause more collisions than cyclists. Should everyone be forced to buy insurance before they leave the house in case they step out in front of a moving car?
