I found out today the name of the company moving from Baillieston to Uddingston. Well its actually Bothwell they are moving to. It’s a courier company called McLellans Transport. Don’t know who the merger is with and they certainly aren’t looking for 50 drivers. A few sprinter van drivers at most apparently.
They’ve been around the block several times, pop and restart. The original company was taken over by Coates after some shenanigans. BEWARE!

Yip. They started off in bishopbriggs, moved to stepps, closed down, opened back up as MTC in queenslie, moved to baillieston and now seem to be moving to Bothwell.
Definatly a joint venture between McLellans Transport and RT Keedwells. They started operating out of the old Lynx Express yard in Bothwell couple of days ago. They are called ‘Keedwells Scotland’ but don’t know exactly what work they are doing together, but I have heard it might be pallet network stuff.
Keedwells still have their other yard a couple of minutes along the road but there is no warehouse for storage purposes whereas the old Lynx depot does.

Keedwells were picking concrete the other day , 2 of them
They were looking to cover all types trunking, tramping, day multi drop. I just got the feeling it was all a bit unorganised which is maybe understandable with two company’s merging.
