Has anyone actually been done for eating a mars bar at the wheel?
Dunno about a mars but I think some one got done for eating a Kit Kat dunno what offence but I’m sure they class it as Driving without due care and attention
Wasn’t that the young girl - IIRC they also scrambled the force helicopter and 4 cars, just to give her a ticket for eating at the wheel? 3-4 years ago comes to mind…

Not sure I remember it been 2006 time also someone got fined for eating a apple only reason it sticks in my mind is cause all the pictures in the papers the following week of the boys in blue eating etc while at the wheel

You jest but if you’ve got a high value cargo on board i wonder if you could get away with a bit of defensive driving 
I mean anyone can hire a truck and some coppers outfits. mmm maybe ring the old bill and tell them you’re under an attempted hyjacking whose face will be reddest ,when they scramble all units to intervene.
