Look what happens when you have a blow out on the drive axle, it regularly takes the other tyre with it or removes the mudwing and light cluster.

In the sense that enough air can be escaping from the tyre to knock a person off of their feet, I would say. Although it might help if you qualified what you mean when you say that the video is a load of nonsense.Just when the girl says the tyres have a special function. Bacon Sandwich might be right when he says it could be a twin wheel, bit it only looks a small truck and wheel. Looks almost set up to me.
It looks to me that the tyre does deflate at-least a little during the video, although it’s not very clear you can see a bit of a bulge developing at the bottom of the tyre side-wall as the air escapes.

The girl doesn’t know what she’s on about, she’s some random on YouTube… Even smaller wagons still have up to 110 psi in the tyres which doesn’t sound much, but considering the air acts as a buffer between the tyre and wheel there’s a hell of a lot of air pressure in the tyre. Now there’s a sudden burst in the sidewall, all that air will escape in that small hole, which will be over a tonne of force. Think when it’s really windy and you’re struggling to stand still, double that force a few times. That’s what it would be like on you.
If you’re lucky, you get flung around. If you’re unlucky, the air pressure hits your torso and messes up your vital organs, killing you.
Air is very deceiving, especially when pressurised.

I think you’ll find she was using something called “humour” Mike!
