Don’t know what they are like to work for or what pay is like, but they have just joined Pall-Ex so multi-drop might work could be on the cards.

Looks like an awkward wee yard they have! Spoke to a driver a few ergs ago and he seemed fairly happy with them.
They have a yard over at Blackrod as well most of the work is toilet paper out of Horwich
TDS are the in house haulier for Georgia Pacific who have a Tissue Paper Factory behind the Reebok Stadium and a Mill at Stubbins (nr Ramsbottom) plus other warehouses (if they are not burning down) in the local area, including Blackrod.
SCA who use DHL for this kind of work have just bought Georgia Pacific so I reckon if you joined TDS you would stand a fair chance of getting TUPEd into DHL with everyone else.
If working for DHL floats your boat, fill your boots. There are a few notable members on TNUK who seem to like 'em.

Georgia Pacific, what a place, went in there for SCA (Stobarts), loading up with toilet paper, they make you strap every 3rd row, but only loosely because they’ve got to ram the last pallets on from the back. So the toilet paper is wedged front to back and side to side, but needs strapping every third row
