AN ARTICULATED lorry smashed through the safety barriers of a level crossing this morning.
One of the barriers at the crossing at New Lane, Havant, was left a mangled wreck after the lorry crashed into it and took the structure with it.

A Romanian national has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a crash between a train and a lorry in Downham Market this morning.
Second one was a foreigner so the first one must have been agency… although there is some speculation that he was also a foreigner. 
What was the Romanian National doing driving the Train in the 1st place ?
