we lost about 2 years worth of posts when we moved from the UBB board to the current phpBB - in reality we started from scratch when we moved over- first ever post was probably when we created the UK only forum on Truck.Net USA and then integrated UK Lorrydrivers website , T/Net has been around since the late 90’s- rumours of our death have been around from day one- and we are still here
When you taking us all down the pub for a swalley then Rikki?

QRZ.com hit that quite some time ago and as I type have 2,727,375 posts from 602,000 users according to 5he stats at the bottom of the forum page. They are so busy they have had to write their own forum software.
Hamradiodeals.co.uk has over 4600 users and I think is over a million posts but it’s not been on the go as long as TNUK.
Could probably split the 2M into 3 categories , Cyclists, Agency’s and Stobarts !

There’s 143,000 posts just about amateur radio antennas,
That’s incredible. It must be almost an exhilarating a read as “Paint Drying Observations UK.”
Make that 4, add Carryfasts posts as he is the resident expert on just about every thing going.

Its a bit more involved than chucking a magmount on the roof of a car like CB is. Many of the inventions and innovations from amateur radio enthusiasts antenna designs make it into commercial products into things you use daily such as the wifi in your home, the mobile phone you use…

I think you have over estimated the last category, or is the 0 button a bit sticky on your keyboard?

Those figures cant be accurate. Whare do you factor in the “whats the best sat nav to buy?” or the “whats the wages like at stobarts/wincanton” or “I did these hours last week, can I take another reduced rest this week?” posts?
