Hi there, any idea what the camera on top of the traffic light is?
So not the one slightly to the right as that’s a sensor but the one with two lenses pointed towards the oncoming traffic.
Is this an ANPR camera? Does it record video or how does it work?

They look like ulez cameras going around in London to fine motorist
for driving non compliance vehicles. I’ve read a lot of them are being damaged by nice people.
am almost certain there green clean air zone cameras.your probably see them in places that have clean air zones.
in a way it is an anpr camera takes your reg checks a database if your cars non compliant it issues you a ticket if you dont pay the charge
Maybe one is the camera the other is infra red for night time?
Definitely ULEZ camera, google ULEZ cameras and click on images and the pics on there are identical.
