Clarkgray? would you be Gray Clark who worked at a newspaper in Egham a good few years back? I recall that name from a long ago job.
No…different Clark Gray. I’m a Texas husband and father of three…just doing my job…looking for interesting people to make an entertaining show. Sorry to hear it offends some of you.

Hey Gents…I’m the guy who posted the notice about the TV show casting. I’ve read over all your comments.
So are you looking to film a UK version of " Shipping Wars " ?
I watched an episode last week and it wound me up so much that I had to turn it off . How many owner drivers in this industry do you think will " look good " when you show them undercutting each other in an Ebay style bid for work ■■ Some of the examples you showed were inept , one guy won a load and then realised he couldn’t fit the load on his trailer , he didn’t even have the correct paperwork in place to be an owner driver OR a licence plate FFS
So Mr. Collins, it sounds like you can surely do it better so why not apply? We need a punk rocker in the mix! Give me a shout and see if you have what it takes to be a TV star! casting@megalomedia.com .
do we really need another one of theses shows?
I can see it now “tonight can Mike get 28 pallets of Porky cola to tesco on time… will Colin get a super size boat to some place near the sea with out any damage and will Quiet Jay ever get a job its all here on Britain’s Boring loads”
well no… TV today is just full of this stuff we now have over 800 channels and hardly anything half decent to watch on them We have the internet and that’s just as bad lets face it… its time to stop flogging that dead pony and bury it… Iv been unemployed for 3 months now and I’m bored ■■■■■■■■■■■

I don’t want to be a " TV star " , I thought you were looking for
real professionals like yourselves to be involved so we can make an authentic show.
You are better off filming your fellow Americans , they like performing for the media

There was a recent t.v series about truck driving,so I’m led to believe when one of the stars of this series was asked to take part in a seasonal song she wasn’t given any travelling allowance, she was expected to pay and make her own way to the studio,I’ve not used trains/coaches for many years but I doubt any journey would be cheap,if what I was told was true it seems very unjust to me,the person/persons have played a big part in making the series the success it became so I’d of thought the least the producers could do would pay the casts expenses, now it maybe that any money paid for the series went to the firm,so in that sense you couldn’t blame the producers of the series, the firm should of paid casts expenses, but even so the cast weren’t paid travelling expenses so I understand.
So to me it’s a none starter, yes you may get your 5 mins of fame, but not worth it if you have to pay for it
No mention about money yet.
It’ll have to be a decent earner. To make it exciting it would probably have to show some rule breaking. This will result in the loss of an o’licence and driving licence, possibly legal fees, prison, and of course lost earnings.
When people break the law in this game, They do quite a lot to cover their tracks, But having a camera crew filming your every move will have a bit of a negative effect.
Let’s face it, Without a bit of dodginess and a few made up emergencies. It would be one hell of a boring program.
