Not exactly the answer to the OP but we have been working with Turners for a while now. In size they are 2nd only to Stobarts. We have agreed a deal with Turners that they will reimburse your course fee if you work for them once qualified. Not in one big lump but spread over several months.
This says that they do take on new drivers.
A user called Newlad used to until not too long back.
