Local firm sold to national haulage company

I got that in an email, it said it was the 2nd firm they’d bought out in as many weeks, but I’ve not read to see who the other firm was.
The 2nd company they bought was an Essex container haulier, Walker Transport Services.
I’ve not heard of them myself.
