The reason turner’s have gone this way, was thro there own greed, getting bigger and then having to employ, whatever they could, hence drivers are just a number,

Now the old turner’s that’s when it was good.

Just as a side note. I’ve been in to Turner’s at Bicker Bar the last two days. Not knowing the routine and having to ask people I must say it was a pleasurable experience. Everyone I asked pointed me in the right direction and shunters were very helpful.
