Personally I think the offer of a retest is a little generous.
I live near this bridge. Its at Queen Adelaide. The road is a handy shortcut for us locals to get from the A10 at Littleport to Newmarket or the A11. My car satnav will take me this route everytime I need to get to London or back in my car.
I can guarantee this fool had a car Satnav and was blindly following it.
