I got tuped over from CEVA to XPO at the beginning of June…
wages have stayed the same .
Pension contribution was split with me paying 3% and CEVA paying 7%
BUT NOW , pension is dramatically down by a very large chunk…
the one payment that has gone into a new pension is only a third of what it used to be…
the question I have is , Do tupe rules also cover pensions ■■
No pension rights and pensions from your previous employer are exempt from TUPE rules
Your previous pension will be deferred until your retirement age unless you opt to transfer your pension pot into your new company one but I’d seek professional advice from a financial/pension provider
