Any one able to tell me what the bottom sign means with the rear of what looks like a truck and what the E means

It’s to do with ADR, and the E refers to tunnel category.
It’s tunnel code for ADR E being most restrictive down to B least restrictive the DG note tells you you’re tunnel code
It’s good fun around Rotterdam trying to plain a route
Cheers guys did wonder why i couldnt seam to find info about it and not being ADR myself would explain why i was confussed lol
