Anybody got any pointers on rules + regs .
I know you need a bit of rope and a team at each end 
Got a fund raising event coming up soon and thought its an easy way to put some £s in the coffers . . can get proper hemp rope but will the Hse allow it without the use of gloves,safety goggles ect?
