Hi all
Trying to locate a couple of old drivers I worked with on Allister transport from Upminster essex about 1979-1981 running to Italy & Spain,first one John Howard know as “Manchester John” ie he was from Manchester, the second one was our number 1 subbie Alan Kendall from Tintern “the biggest M/E haulier from that area”, had some good times with them, saw them a few times after Allister finnished trading but alas have not seen or heard from them for years now.
New to this website but what a find this was, reading some of the stories has been great.
