Trucknet uk readers interests

on a lighter note I find it very funny how a thread on "■■■■■■■ in the cab " can generate 10 pages of feedback and a thread on a more serious note that effects the lives of thousands of truckers (none in particular) will struggle to get to the second page ? .

does this mean that the majority of drivers that come to trucknet to read the posts do so looking for a bit of light hearted banter rather than a deep meaningful debate ? .

Speaking personally yes. But it’s a great resource

I know I do. I peruse them all and reply if I feel I have something to add. Have found out plenty of useful info on here though. I like the way most start on a subject, descend into a slanging match & move off topic altogether. Some great one liners mind, I’ve laughed out loud at some.

I love the banter, even if it is on several different levels at the same time.

It is also great resource, I’ve picked up several things that help me in the job, but I do wish there wasn’t so much BS put out as truth.

Something needs to be done about the sock puppets.

There’s a lot more that we could chew the cud about that we don’t even touch.

I like the way there’s a thread in “Bully’s” titled “Ignore this, thanks” which has generated 31 pages of replies.
