Thank you, we’ve been married 65 years (been ‘together’ 68 years, we were practising for the first 3 years before in a mad alcohol fuelled moment of madness I graciously agreed to take her on). Poor old soul has diagnosed MILD Alzheimers now but she manages quite well (and if anybody fancies a drinking contest…………I’ll have a tenner on her) 7 stone wet through and drinks like a rugby prop forward.
Oh, the pub is The Rat and Ratchet, Chapel Hill, Huddersfield. It’s well worth a visit.

Sorry to hear about the Alzheimers mate, life can be a b1tch sometimes, and good to hear she is managing it all.
I like a few pints myself but wouldn’t dream of taking her on..if she does drink like a .rugby prop forward, not a chance.

I stressed to you ‘‘no offence’’ not only because of that persona, but in your pic you look like you could be a bit ‘‘hard to handle’’ (and I’m usually a good judge on that.)

It’s a bit like seeing a radio DJ you have listened to for the first time, the picture of him in your head is absolutely nothing like how you discover he actually looks like when you see him…or have I already said that
Yeah ample opportunity has been given now to members to reveal themselves, but to little response … I nearly said expose themselves, (that can be saved for a future thread.)
But they must be embarrssed (or disapointed) by how they look.

there was a vote on whether i should post mine (or at least i think there was it might of been in my head) it was decided that the cost of all the claims for a new screen outweighed my bravado
