Hi I have a hgv truckmaster 7 inch sat nav.
I cannot get it to unmute.
Does anyone know how to do it.
It makes a noise on startup but next to the speaker is a red cross.
No experience of that particular model, but does it have a built in TV? I only ask because with my snooper if you mute the tv then the nav is also muted.
Different model but mine mutes its self if the bluetooth is turned on. Worth a try.
On my 7" truckers satnav (Chinese), if the first screen has navigation as top left hand icon, then you need the second screen, by highlighting the lower dot on the far right of the screen, which will bring up the settings and the volume control. All satnavs vary slightly, but am assuming you not finding the settings menu?

I have no manual for it they just come with a quick start guide which I read through. I even looked on the website and also Google so please think before you post Joe Royal
It was on fm radio so muted everything else unclipped that all sorted.
