NWF is the parent group that owns Bougheys. We get paid into the bank by NWF Group PLC. I think NWF used to have something to do with GROCOTs, either they owned or were owned by each other.

So there is a connection!!!

The high roof on the white Scania looks to be made from the roof and rear doors of a Morris Minor van.

Taken when i was “a lad” - late teens, late 70’s and went to Italy with Jeff Johnson in this Super Continental cabbed 2800 (Air-con, cooker, sink, fridge: full Mid East spec). Euroroute specialised in Mid East but also did European work. Regular colours were two tone blue and white. Obviously this DAF (named Super Simon) in DT colours.

and on way home in France with MacHayes…nearly jumped ship and came back in the 141 :open_mouth:

and heres a few more to keep the old juices goin…

D & W transport from PRINCE REGENT LANE, PLAISTOW.
Mr KEN- Do you know this co.?
The truck was on Patricks from new, then sold to D & W.

Yep Plant & Engineering from Colnbrook - Ziggy Swanston, quite a colourful character by all (and they’re numerous) accounts, they are still plant dealers down that way, at least they were when we loaded a 38RB from there a few years back for Rumo

Somebody (Rattlesnake Dave?) mentioned a while ago on here their connection with PIE if you do a quick search - or a slow search in your case at the moment Ash? hope you get back up to speed soon matey

cheers for the info JJ.
