Oh great, finance the buggers to learn techniques to quote even more scripture in the style of legalese. What’s the “defence” bit mean? Highway code launchers for use on motorists? Army issue Teflon leg shaving cream? Camo painted ballistic grade ball boxes? Why not use the word “educational” instead of defence?
Maybe if they called it “blockhead’s educational course on why using main roads as personal racing tracks makes you a selfish bunch of pricks”…

I still laugh when I think of that vid that was on here recently - the one where this utter bell end zooms down the outside of the stationary traffic blows a red light and rides straight into the side of a bus.
