Sorry I can’t reply too your pm as due too moderation I’m unable to p.m ,can’t help you with interview as I never had one ,driove for innovate and they went into receivership and stobards took over ,they just told me too get on with the job as I new it better than them .
N.b my posts are very negative of them at the moment due too what’s going on and has gone on at my depot in the past ,go with a totally open mind at crick as its another depot and it may well be fine .
