i dont know if its to much out your way but theres a good one at grantham just 1/4 mileoff the A1 on the A607 in james irlams yard called pres-sure i can give you his number if you want
I think you can use the truckwash at the j23 truckstop. But bear in mind they put their [Sherwoods] tippers through it so it might come out a bit scratched 
Dont know about Leicester but there’s one in Ford & Slaters yard in Rowley Drive Coventry, by the airport. We get ours washed there, and pay about £10 for a 7.5 tonner. They do bigger stuff, like car transporters etc.
The food van there is good as well!
