There is a news report that the truck train that runs from Freiburg in Germany to Novara in Italy, collided with a concrete block from a bridge being constructed in the Rhine Valley and derailed killing the train driver. The ten truck drivers in the carriage just behind the locomotive were slightly injured.
And one would normally assume that being on the train is far safer than driving over the Alps.
I guess strange times get even stranger but that “accident” seems outlandish based only on the preliminary press reports.
