Hi

Just purchased this of Chris, on his eBay shop. Seems to be excellent value for money, has anyone one on here used one , if so any tips re best setting to use the mapping i.e. is the fast route always best option or have you found the alternatives (short or economic etc ) better??

Any advise would be most appreciated

I also have the phillips truck atlas to be safe also

I have one,it’s great although it doesn’t seem to know there is a 13’4 bridge outside my works and always wants to take me under it when I leave the yard even though the height is set @ 13’9 on the sat nav

I’ll be starting a new job in a couple of weeks that the company doesn’t supply me with a sat nav .
I’ve been toying with the idea of the new snooper but at four times the price .

I’ve been using aponia on a spare android phone, seems to work well, couple of times I’ve had it sat next to tom-tom truck and it was a lot faster, worth a try before spending money.

where is that? and what maps is the sat nav using? want to check this one on mine

Bottom of Stoke road in Shelton,Stoke on Trent…I come out of Vernon road and if I’m heading into town my sat nav tells me to go left but there is a 13’3 bridge where the pin is and the settings in my sat nav are set @ 13’10

Cheers, just checked mine and it avoids the low bridge. Tried with 13.9 which is a bit different from 13"9’ tho
