Who reversed into who?

The way it was described the truck ran into the plane, but its either been going some speed or that plane reversed into it.

If it was the plane, I woupd be asking who parked a truck there as I thought parking was pretty tightly controlled on airside.

It’s a small truck to be delivering a plane

…had to get that one in…

Stobartski air services ? :grimacing:

That ain’t wedged against the landing gear. That’s a catastrophic fuselage v truck incident. :open_mouth:
That’s ain’t going to T cut out and it’s going to be expensive. :smiling_imp:

Planes don’t have a Reverse.

I can say with confidence what happened . The trucks parks at back of aircraft under the tail
Then they have a hosepipe fitting that connects to the waste water supply of the aircraft then refills it with clean water

So my honest opinion is the driver got.out and.never put the handbrake.on or handbrake conveniently failed

It’s only a merc, no loss.

Probably didnt happen here though youre right. Ground crew would be the pilots eyes, if they were doing a powerback. No mirrors as standard on Boeing nor Airbus. The engines shouldnt have been running when the truck was there to fill up the plane with water or whatever.
Bet the truck driver just did a mirror check of the sides and in a moment of stupidity just put it under the plane.
