liverpool st , then, get the bus into town

Priory road close to asda in hull just a yard with potocabin cafe been passed but never stopped there so don’t know price or quality. There are also 2 truckstops in google if that’s any good.

As far as I know, its not a truckstop as such. Its just the council letting you park in the corner of the park and ride. Their used to be a truckstop there about 10 years ago. Pub across the road and plenty of takeaways local IIRC

Google i mean goole my phones a worst speller then me.

Thanks chaps

lots of reports of derv being stolen around that area.

There’s a sign for a truckstop off Livingstone Road, parallel to the A63 next to Neill & Brown/Motor Depot, but it’s basically hardstanding with a portakabin. Not sure if they do food or if it’s even open during the week. Never seems to have many trucks in, just a couple parked up over a weekend

You can park at the fuel station just before the humber bridge turn off but no facilities apart from garage.

That place is a crap hole. You have to let yourself out with the key and post it in his letter box. If going before 0700. Avoid like the plague.

you could try becon, the shell garage just after the m62 on the a63 its free and the shop is not to bad

Don’t know what its like nowadays but I used to park at Toys R Us or next to the marina and walk to the Earl de Grey for a few pints then on to the Tower nightclub… Marvelous!

The Earl de Grey has been shut for about 5 years. I think it may even have been pulled down now.

Fair enough! Thought it looked a bit weird - there’s usually a couple of local trucks and a couple of Dutch trucks parked up there all weekend, but never anything else.

The Shell garage on the A63 eatbound after the M62 ends is a good shout, and also the garage before the Humber Bridge. To be honest, there are plenty of industrial estates within walking distance of the city centre or civilisation either off the A63 at St Andrew’s Quay/Brighton Street - walkable to pubs and shops on Hessle Road - or around Myton Bridge/Garrison Road/Hedon Road that are close to the old town and city
